Hi! Thankyou for visiting our website! We are are a York based Mobile Mechanic and Automotive Engineering Service. A&P, or; Andy & Phil have a passion for all things on wheels. We will come to you, taking away the stress of getting your car/van etc. to a garage. We quote our work based on how long the job should take, instead of by the hour as most garages do. What do you charge?

The only fixed charge we have is around our callout service. If you ask us to investigate a fault, we will charge you £50 to come out to you and the first hours labour to find it. This includes all diagnostic scans and tools. If this is likely to run over we will discuss this with you at the earliest oppertunity. Even better, if you ask us to undertake any required repairs, then this cost will be discounted from the cost of the labour. 

Not only do we come to you, but we're very competitive with prices. We price our work as honestly and fairly as we can. Likewise, unlike most garages, the trade discounts we get when buying parts are passed on to you, our customers.

Where are you based?

We provide a mobile mechanic and engineering service to the York area. We dont have a 'garage', we will come to you! You do not need to worry about getting your car to the garage before work, or taking time off to get your vehicle back on the road. Let us make it easy for you.

Do you do MOT's?

Unfortunately, despite Phil previously being a qualified MOT Tester, due to the nature of our working conditions we are unable to offer MOT's. We do provide an MOT preparation service, in which we will advise you on any possible failiures, and we will also undertake most MOT failiure work. Please contact us for more information.
